JBT run Apprentice Training Programmes for the construction Industry that get people qualified and into work. As a government approved registered FJAA (Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency) we partner with our clients (Host Employers) to manage their tailored Apprentice Training Programme.
Future Prospects
Once qualified, the candidate could progress to employment within the construction industry. Alternatively, the candidate may want to move into a more domestic electrical setting.

What you’ll do at work
As an apprentice, you will:
Work alongside experienced site staff.
Involved in all available site management related tasks that could include:-
- Supporting Senior mgmt. team/ project managers
- Inductions
- Ensuring safe working systems and standards of behaviour
- Managing environmental impacts of build
- Support with Sub-Contractor/ client Meetings
- Controlling health and safety standards and identifying risk
- Supporting the team to investigate problems, causes and determine solutions
- Manage and supervise sub-contractors
