Brief Description
Are you ready to take your first step into the wild and wonderful world of early years? At Safari Childcare in Wickford, we’re passionate about growing future educators—and we’re excited to offer an Apprenticeship opportunity for someone ready to begin their journey into childcare. You will be learning on the job while gaining the L2 qualification.
Qualifications Required
• No experience needed—just a willingness to grow and give it your all!
• You must be 16+ and not already qualified above Level 3 in childcare
• Maths and English at Level 1 Desirable

Training to be Provided
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
