Working Week Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm. May work evenings and weekends after the apprenticeship is complete.
Brief Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop the skills required to become a competent Fabricator, supporting the manufacture of high-quality, innovative products in line with engineering drawings, specifications and company standards. The role will cover a wide range of fabrication, welding and assembly operations.
Training to be Provided
- As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment and age, you may be required to complete English and maths Functional Skills, which is an integral part of your apprenticeship
- Upon successful completion, you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications

Vacancy Detail
Assist with fabrication activities, including:
- Preparing materials
- Marking out
- Cutting and basic forming
- Assembling components prior to welding
Support welding activities, including:
- Assisting with the set-up of welding equipment
- Holding, positioning and tacking components
- Observing and learning MIG and TIG welding techniques
Other Information
- Previous L2 Fabrication or Welding experience
- Must be able to travel due to the location
