Working Week Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, between 9.00am - 3.00pm. To be discussed on an individual basis.
Brief Description
The apprenticeship will cover the following units to prepare you for a career in the catering industry:
- Induction
- Food Production
- Nutrition & Allergens
- Kitchen Compliance
- The Commercial Kitchen
- Self & Others
- EPA
Training to be Provided
Training will be delivered online and at your workplace.
Future Prospects
After achievement of this apprenticeship, you could move on to the Level 3 Senior Production Chef apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
You’ll be making a real difference through responsibilities that include:
- Customer Interaction: Working on the tills during service (don’t worry, full training is provided!)
