Brief Description
An Early Years Apprenticeship combines practical experience with training to learn how to care for and support children’s learning and development. Apprentices work in settings such as nurseries, helping plan activities, keep children safe and support their individual needs while working towards a recognised qualification.

- Assist and support the Room Leader in the day-to-day management and smooth running of the room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development.
- Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's individual learning and development needs.
- Support, guide and motivate room staff, helping to maintain effective teamwork and consistent childcare practices.
- Promote a positive, nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
