Brief Description
We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant apprentice to provide high-quality childcare. Build a rewarding career in childcare while you learn, grow and make a real difference every single day.
Training to be Provided
Beyond day-to-day work, your apprenticeship includes structured off-the-job training. You will participate in specialist workshops, receive dedicated study time, and gain hands-on mentoring to build the expertise needed to qualify as a Level 3 Early Years Educator.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing high-quality early education and care for all nursery children.
- Working closely with a skilled team to support the daily operations and growth of the nursery.
- Celebrating each child’s milestones by working hand-in-hand with their families.
- Using EYFS knowledge to create daily interest-led, play-based learning activities.
- Building strong, warm relationships with children, parents, and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:
