We are currently hiring for Kompare Limited for two Call Centre Operatives to complete the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 programme. Training to be Provided

As a customer service apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2
On successful completion, you will receive:
• Level 2 in Customer Service
• Level 1 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)

Job Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Call Centre Operative, you’ll be the voice of the company, helping customers who have applied for varied insurance or financial products, managing the calls and connecting the client to the correct broker for their insurance/financial quotes (no cold calling). Developing your communication skills to connect the client with the Broker with a seamless transition.

In doing this you will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification with Full Onsite Training being given.

Due to the location, it is preferable that the applicant drives as transport links can be difficult depending on where you live.
