As an apprentice, you’ll plan and deliver engaging play activities tailored to each child’s needs, support their development in literacy, numeracy, and language, and take on the role of key person to help children feel safe and valued. You’ll carry out observations, manage care routines with compassion, and work closely with parents, colleagues, and professionals to ensure every child’s well-being. Apprentices are expected to meet training deadlines and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
