Working Week: Year 1 & 2: 37 hours, Monday - Friday (07.30 - 16.00). Year 3: 42 hours, with 4 days on/ 4 days off (06.00 - 18.00).
Brief Description
To complete a recognised Level 3 Welding & Fabrication apprenticeship, attending college and training when required. You will be trained to accomplish high standards in all areas of work, concluding with an End-Point Assessment (EPA).
Training to be Provided
- Year One: Based at GET until February 2027.
- Year Two: Work based and GET @ one-day per week.
- Year Three: Work based coaching, mentoring and training, with support from an assigned GET tutor.
Future Prospects
Upon successfully completing your apprenticeship, you will have opportunities to deepen your technical skills, or to progress your career within production, operations, CAD, or other areas of the business.
Vacancy Detail
We are looking for enthusiastic apprentices to join our Production Team. You will work alongside experienced professionals to undertake precision welding and fabrication.
You will fabricate and weld a variety of products, gain an understanding of welding using automated welding systems (robots), and set welding codes in both manual and automated formats.
