Training to be Provided
- Full training will be given, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Learning and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter through a Level 3 apprenticeship
- This will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release
- You will be assigned a dedicated Trainer from Davidson Training UK Ltd, who run the Apprenticeship programme
- They will conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions and create a customised training plan based on your areas of strength and growth

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a stronger level of proficiency in maths than a standard pass (grade 4) or who has shown a strong aptitude for technical subjects (STEM).
STEM subjects are Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Examples include Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Pure or Applied Maths, and Statistics. These subjects are important for this role because it involves working with technology in financial services, and a strong technical understanding is essential.

- Grow Your Practice- Build and scale a portfolio within one of our core disciplines
- Talent Mapping- Proactively develop pipelines of skilled professionals across the UK and internationally
- Trusted Advisor- Provide clients with insight, benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice
- Shape the Team- Play a pivotal role in scaling W Talent, with clear progression opportunities as the business grows
