Brief Description
You will be working towards a Level 3 Plate Welding Apprenticeship, developing the next generation of world-class engineers. The role includes learning how to read engineering drawings, working on exciting engineering projects daily and understanding and learning MIG/TIG welding.
Training to be Provided
Work towards Level 3 Plate Welding Apprenticeship Standard:
- Gain a skill for life
- Exciting future career opportunities
- Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level before taking the End-Point Assessment
The training schedule has yet to be agreed. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Details will be made available at a later date.
Future Prospects
- Full-time employment offer at the end of the apprenticeship

- Progression routes available to progress onto higher-level qualifications
