Brief Description
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work with one of the largest engineering companies in the Southwest. Working alongside staff to gain knowledge and skills in all aspects of steel, fabrication, and welding using MIG, TIG, and ARC, while aiming to achieve a Level 3 Plate Welder qualification via an apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided
- Level 3 Plate Welder qualification
- Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment
Future Prospects
- Opportunity to progress onto a qualified welder/fabricator position within the company
