Brief Description
The role offers a lot of variety, as we cover general servicing and repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment, performance tuning, and vehicle security systems. Because of this, the ideal candidate would be motivated, reliable, and genuinely interested in learning across different areas of the automotive industry.
Training to be Provided
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
• Work towards gaining a full Qualification - Autocare Technician Level 2
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
• Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours.
• Standard and End Point Assessment.
Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job

Vacancy Detail
- Assist technicians with removal and refitting of wheels and tyres
- Prepare alloy wheels for refurbishment (cleaning, masking, basic preparation)
- Carry out basic vehicle servicing tasks under supervision (oil changes, filters, brakes)
- Assist with replacement of basic suspension components as skills develop
- Support workshop operations, including moving vehicles and preparing jobs
- Assist in the performance workshop by helping strap vehicles onto the dynamometer safely
- Learn correct use of tools, equipment, and workshop systems
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop

Candidate must be located within reasonable distance of the workplace. 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours with lunch,. Daily rota will be provide
