Working Week: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday (typical shifts between 08:00–16:30, subject to operational needs) . Occasional flexibility required to support production activities.
Brief Description
An opportunity for a Mechatronics Maintenance Apprentice to join our Engineering team. Supporting production machinery & site facilities. Working with experienced engineers to maintain, repair, & improve production equipment and facility systems, while learning industry best practices in safety, food hygiene, and reliability.
Training to be Provided
Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3.
- 1st Year - Full time at Gloucestershire Engineering Training
- 2nd to 4th year - Day release technical training at GET’s training centre
- Practical workshop training in mechanical, electrical and multi-skilled engineering disciplines
- On-site mentoring from experienced Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders and GET assessors
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion, apprentices are often offered a full-time Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician role, subject to performance.
