Brief Description
Our Water Infrastructure business designs, builds and maintains critical water and wastewater assets on behalf of the UK’s water companies.
If you enjoy working with lots of different people across many job roles and have great communication and organisation skills, we are looking for an apprentice project manager.
Training to be Provided
As part of your apprenticeship programme, you will be enrolled on the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship with one of our training partners. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship and will automatically qualify for Associate Membership with the Association of Project Management. You will then have the option to progress to the Level 6 Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship programme.
You will be fully supported through a variety of methods such as lectures, learning materials, and one-to-one support from your tutor or coach. They will also meet regularly with you and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme.
Future Prospects
You will be fully supported to continue your professional development upon completion of this programme.

Day to day you will support our Project Management team, who are responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within our organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Some of your key responsibilities will be supporting the team with:
- Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met
- Updating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitoring resources across various project stages
- Monitoring potential risks that may impact project delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
