Brief Description
Fantastic opportunity to join a leading recruitment agency specialising in Local and Central Government services as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. Duties include candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, database management and payroll support. Strong organisation and communication skills required.
Training to be Provided
- Full training will be given, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Learning and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter through a Level 3 apprenticeship
- This will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release
- You will be assigned a dedicated Trainer from Davidson Training UK Ltd, who run the Apprenticeship programme
- They will conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions and create a customised training plan based on your areas of strength and growth

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates for CRA roles
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing regular updates on the recruitment process
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for placed candidates
Other Information
Although this is an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisation and time management, good attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
