Brief Description
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of the business while developing a broad set of professional, commercial, and organisational skills. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys variety, responsibility, and learning across multiple business functions.

Online masterclasses and 1/1 reviews with your Work Based Learning Manager.

This apprenticeship is designed as a pathway into long-term employment. A successful apprentice may progress into a permanent administrative, operations, or business support role within the company, with increasing responsibility as the business grows.
Vacancy Detail
What you’ll do (role and responsibilities)
You will work closely with the leadership and wider team to support core business operations, including:
- Supporting day-to-day administration across the business
- Learning how a small company operates across HR, finance, marketing, and operations
- Managing and maintaining digital filing systems, documents, and templates
- Assisting with internal and external communications (email, phone, and online platforms)
- Supporting customer and supplier records, enquiries, and basic commercial activity
- Gaining an understanding of products, customers, and markets within the automotive sector
- Helping maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Using standard business software (Microsoft Office, digital tools, and company systems)
- Contributing to process improvement and organisation as the business grows
You will be trained to work accurately, professionally, and confidentially, while building confidence and independence over time.
