Working Week: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (between these times to be agreed with line manager). Some evening and weekend work may be required.
Brief Description
As an Electrical apprentice with OpenView, you will be working to build a career as a qualified electrical contractor within the electrical, fire and security industry. You MUST live in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to be eligible for this apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided
- The apprentice will receive a Level 3 in electrical installation and maintenance
- Candidates will be required to achieve the Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification, (Installation) or (Maintenance)
- The training will be completed on a block release basis
- The provider will be The Training Trust
Future Prospects
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice would move into an installation/maintenance electrician position.
Vacancy Detail
You will be working as an Electrical Apprentice on contracts in and around the London area.
You will:
- Ensure that any company tools provided are maintained in good working order
- Flexible working hours and demonstrate a willingness to help colleagues and customers
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Attend college, complete all assignments and pass exams within given timescales
- Follow H&S legislation & guidance
- Complete appropriate administration and maintain accurate records
- Electricians install, maintain and repair electrical systems in industrial, commercial and domestic environments

- You MUST live in The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Applications from those outside of this area will not be considered
- Ideally have a Level 2 Electrical Qualification
- Ideally hold a valid full UK driving licence, or close to obtaining a licence
