Brief Description

Join us as an Apprentice Pursuit Coordinator and become part of our central Pursuits Team — the group that helps win new business by creating compelling, customer focused proposals. You’ll be working at the heart of our sales and business development engine.

Training to be Provided

On this apprenticeship, you will complete the Level 3 Bid and Proposal Coordinator standard through our agreed training provider RHG Consult. This will be delivered on a day release basis.

Following the apprenticeship, the apprentice can either develop further in their specialism or explore other routes and opportunities across our business.

Vacancy Detail

You’ll play a key role in helping the team create high-quality pursuit documents, presentations, and materials that help us stand out from our competition. Day to day, you’ll:



  • Create documents and presentations using Microsoft tools, following clear briefs from your team.

  • Support content management on internal platforms such as Bid SharePoint and Collaboration Hub.

  • Help organise meetings, take notes, track actions, and gather the information needed to build strong pursuit submissions.

  • Collect and manage data that feeds into client submissions across the pursuit lifecycle.

  • Compile information for pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs).

  • Assist with preparing technical responses, CVs, and case studies that showcase our teams and experience.

  • Join capture planning sessions, recording insights, client intelligence and actions.

  • Format pursuit and proposal documentation to ensure it is professional and visually consistent.

  • Learn and grow through our internal communities, mentorship from colleagues, and access to training materials and development programmes.
