Brief Description
The Marketing Apprentice supports Nicol & Co’s multi-channel marketing, focusing on property campaigns, social media, email marketing and community brand building. This hands-on role develops practical skills while contributing to sales, lettings, land and new homes.
Training to be Provided
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful candidate will undertake a 20 Month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
This is a Level 3 qualification.
Future Prospects
There is an opportunity to gain on hand marketing experience where you will be very much involved in the day-to-day activities of the business and how marketing sits within this and drives business results.
Vacancy Detail
Main duties will include:
- Supporting property marketing and new listing coordination.
- Managing photography, video and social media scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate property details across platforms.
- Creating basic Canva graphics.
- Assisting with content creation and repurposing.
- Supporting email marketing and community events.
- Helping with PR, podcast activity and reporting.
- Applying apprenticeship learning to live campaigns.
Other Information
No previous marketing experience required. Curiosity, energy and a willingness to learn matter most.
Driver preferred and access to vehicle preferred.
