Brief Description
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Apprentice to join our In-House Maintenance Service (IHMS). This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in a commercial environment while gaining a recognised apprenticeship qualification and hands-on experience in a busy, customer-focused organisation.
Training to be Provided
- A structured Business Administrator Apprenticeship with on-the-job learning and formal training
- Support from an experienced mentor and wider commercial team

What you’ll do at work
You’ll learn how our commercial systems work, assist with managing job costs, review data for service improvements, and support accurate financial completion of maintenance jobs
This apprenticeship builds strong commercial, organisational, and communication skills while working closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and the Commercial Manager
