Brief Description
Join our Group Information Services (GIS) Agile Practice team and help teams across the business work better together. Agile is all about collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement and you’ll be right at the heart of it.
Training to be Provided
- An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
- At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Vacancy Detail
- Spend 80% of your time learning on the job and 20% studying towards your Level 3 apprenticeship
- Support teams to improve how they work using Agile practices and techniques
- Research Agile topics and share insights with teams and Communities of Practice
- Help facilitate Agile events such as retrospectives
- Support team maturity assessments and help turn insights into improvement actions
- Assist with training sessions, case studies, articles, and presentations
- Learn how data and metrics can be used to understand team progress and improvement
