Brief Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join as a Business Administrator with a family-run UK manufacturer of springs, wire forms, and pressings. You’ll speak with customers, handle invoices, learn all about our products, help manage stock in the warehouse, and develop strong IT and communication skills while gaining hands-on experience.
Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs including 4/C or above for Maths and English

Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
Speak with customers and provide excellent support, ensuring enquiries are handled politely and efficiently
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct queries to the appropriate department when required
Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded correctly
Handle and process invoices, checking information carefully to maintain accurate financial records
Learn about the company’s products and services in order to confidently assist customers and colleagues
Assist with stock control by checking stock levels, recording inventory, and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
Support warehouse operations by helping with the organisation, storage, and movement of goods
Assist with receiving and checking deliveries to ensure items match orders and are stored correctly
Help prepare and pack customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality
Use IT systems to update records, manage customer and order data, and maintain organised documentation
Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records
Develop strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills while working across office and warehouse environments
