Working Week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and one hour for lunch.
Brief Description
A dynamic apprenticeship where no two days are the same. You'll handle enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, reference applicants, carry out inspections, update landlords, and coordinate maintenance building key skills for a successful career in property.
Training to be Provided
- You will attend 6-8 weekly online workshops to complete your course
- You will also receive dedicated one to one support each month

Vacancy Detail
- Handle phone and email enquiries from tenants and landlords
- Conduct property viewings and showcase available homes
- Assist with negotiating offers between tenants and landlords
- Complete applicant referencing and support tenancy setup
- Carry out routine property inspections and record findings
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Keep landlords updated on property issues, viewings, and applications
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
- Support the wider lettings team with day‑to‑day operations

Confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
Friendly, professional, and able to build positive relationships
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Strong attention to detail when completing paperwork or inspections
Basic IT skills (email, calendars, CRM systems or willingness to learn)
Positive attitude and a proactive, problem‑solving approach
Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from managers
Reliability, good timekeeping, and a commitment to completing the apprenticeship
