Brief Description

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Recruiter to join our growing team and support a busy temporary construction desk. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the recruitment industry while working in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same.

Training to be Provided


  • You will achieve the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship

  • There are workshops that you will need to attend via Teams

  • You will have the opportunity to upskill your maths and English

  • You will have a mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning

  • In-house training will be given to support the specifics of the role

For the right candidate, there will be opportunities for ongoing development and progression upon completion of your apprenticeship. 

Vacancy Detail

As an Apprentice Recruiter, you will support the delivery of temporary workers to construction sites across the region. You’ll learn how to source candidates, build relationships with clients and workers, and manage the fast-moving demands of a temp desk.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Source and attract construction workers using job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

  • Build and maintain a strong pool of reliable temporary workers

  • Coordinate bookings and placements for construction sites

  • Communicate with clients and workers to ensure smooth shift coverage

  • Manage compliance and right-to-work documentation

  • Maintain accurate records on the recruitment system

  • Support the team in filling last-minute requirements in a fast-paced environment
