Main tasks include:
- Supporting Children’s Learning - Assist in delivering activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Daily Care - Help with feeding, changing, and personal care routines
- Creating a Safe Environment - Ensure the classroom or nursery is clean, safe, and welcoming
- Observing and Recording - Note children’s progress, behaviour, and milestones to inform planning
- Assisting Staff - Work under the guidance of qualified early years educators, helping with planning and supervising activities
- Engaging with Families - Support communication with parents about children’s needs and development
