Brief Description
Moss Properties is an award-winning independent estate agency with over 1,500+ 5-star reviews and nearly 20 years of success in the Doncaster property market.We are looking for a hungry, positive, driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent via an apprenticeship pathway. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job.

- Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills (if required)

- On successful completion, you will be progressed into a permanent full-time Estate Agent role within Moss Properties
Vacancy Detail
This is a role for someone who wants to learn how to become an exceptional estate agent, generate business, speak to people every day, and build a career in property with full training and mentorship from one of the area’s most successful agencies.

What the role involves:
- 60 - 80 sales calls per day to generate new business
- Door drops and local marketing initiatives
- Speaking to homeowners and booking valuations
- Supporting the sales team with viewings and admin
- Learning how to win instructions and sell property
- Daily training, coaching and development
- Working out in the community - not just in the office
