Vacancy Detail
You will support customers after road traffic accidents and help progress their claims while completing a structured apprenticeship programme. Full training and mentoring are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer calls and record First Notification of Loss (FNOL) details.
- Update claim information and handle general administration.
- Liaise with repairers, hire providers, and recovery agents.
- Keep customers and referrers informed and provide clear, professional support.
- Follow internal processes and regulatory requirements.
