Brief Description
Provides day-to-day office and accounts support, including handling post, scanning and filing, answering calls, arranging meetings, greeting clients and preparing correspondence. Processes invoices, bank statements and receipts, and liaises with HMRC, clients and stakeholders to resolve queries. Full training on in-house systems provided.
Training to be Provided
Business Administrator Level 3.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Future Prospects
Possible progression includes moving into a full-time role within the business, such as an administrator, accounts assistant, or office coordinator, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and continue professional development or further training.
