Working Week: The support we deliver is 24hrs per day in the persons own home. The contract is a share of shifts including evening weekends and bank holidays. Night cover where needed could be wake night or sleep in.

Vacancy Detail
On a typical day, the apprentice will support care staff to provide high-quality care to individuals while learning key skills in a real work environment.
Tasks may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily activities and personal care
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Communicating with service users and the care team
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Completing basic records and following care plans
