Working Week: The Glades Care Home provides 24-hour care. Various shift patterns are available, including daytime, evenings and weekends.
Brief Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in adult care while earning and learning. The Glades are recruiting Adult Support Workers to support clients in their Care home. This is a full-time job with training included, giving you the chance to gain a recognised level 2 qualification while building a career in health and social care.
Training to be Provided
The apprentice will train through RNN Group, combining on-the-job learning with regular college-led training and assessor support in the workplace.
Future Prospects
On completion, apprentices may progress into a permanent Care Assistant role and continue onto Level 3 Adult Care, senior care roles or specialist care pathways.
