Brief Description

Training to be Provided
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.

Responsibilities:
- Interview candidates and assess their skills and suitability for roles
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels
- Match candidates to roles and client requirements
- Maintain and update CRM and recruitment databases
- Support with recruitment paperwork, contracts, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on resourcing needs, including consultancy and sales support
