Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer sales at the trade counter and over the telephone
- Processing customer orders
- Receiving deliveries of goods
- Managing administrative tasks related to the above
- Communicating with a wide variety of internal and external customers
- Negotiating with suppliers and stakeholders
