Brief Description
An exciting role within an online pharmacy that will involve supporting customers and clients with prescription services and advice, completing housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and replenishment, and assisting with the delivery of a range of pharmacy and health services, all while working towards a recognized pharmacy qualification
Training to be Provided
- Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required
Future Prospects
This is an exciting role within an online pharmacy that will include engaging with customers and clients through remote channels to support prescription services and advice, completing housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and replenishment, and assisting with the delivery of a variety of pharmacy and public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.

- Gain experience working within an online pharmacy environment
- Learn about over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and their safe use
- Assist in the processing and dispensing of prescription medicines for home delivery
- Order and manage pharmaceutical stock, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support customers with OTC medication queries via phone, email, and online systems
- Assist with minor ailment advice and signposting under pharmacist supervision
This role is based in an online pharmacy setting and does not involve face-to-face customer interaction.
