Brief Description
An opportunity to join Fusion Care Group as a Residential Support Worker Apprentice in Oldham. You will provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting while completing your Level 4 Children and Young People’s Workforce qualification.
Training to be Provided
Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Level 4.
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion, opportunities may include:
- Permanent Residential Support Worker position
- Progression to Senior Residential Support Worker
- Further development into Deputy Manager or specialist practitioner roles
