Brief Description
Superbike Factory Ltd are looking to add to their apprenticeship programme. There are 3 new positions at Superbike Factory.
Training to be Provided
Candidates will work towards achieving the Motorcycle Technician (Repair and Maintenance) Apprenticeship Standard at level 3. They will also be required to study towards achieving level 2 maths and English functional skills if they do not already hold equivalent qualifications.
The programme lasts for 36 months, with ongoing support from the Academy team:
- Constant on-the-job support and training with their allocated buddies and two members of full-time on-site trainers
- Regular 1-2-1s to ensure they are "on-track" with their college work and progressing with their practical skills in line with company expectations
- Financial rewards for passing each college's practical Gateway exams
- Access to MHFA throughout the business to ensure learners get the correct help with coping mechanisms for their learning journey
The post-holder must be working towards gaining their driving licence by the end of the apprenticeship due to the requirements of the role. The apprentice will be expected to purchase basic tools throughout the apprenticeship duration to build up their own kit.
Future Prospects
There is high potential for a permanent role with the organisation upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, with room for progression.
