Brief Description
We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the organisation by handling core administrative tasks, assisting teams, and learning how business operations work. The role blends hands-on office duties with structured training.
Training to be Provided
The apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace with monthly assessor visits.

Job Responsibilities:
- Help with the function of the organisation effectively by providing administrative support, maintaining records, and interacting with internal and external colleagues and teams
- General administrative support — maintaining, updating, and extracting information from systems, organising files and records, supporting day-to-day office operations, photocopying, scanning patient letters that do not arrive electronically, handling incoming post
- Customer service — responding to telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries; resolving basic queries; directing more complex issues to the right team, Creating /maintain patient information packs
- Data handling — collecting, collating, and analysing information relevant to the service or department
- Research and reporting — conducting research, analysing trends, and contributing to reports that support business decisions
- Team support — working closely with managers and operational staff, often in sensitive or confidential environments.
- Office improvement — giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting improvements
- Data input - To accurately enter data into our software system as appropriate and in line with organisational policies and procedures
