Brief Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across various stages of our processes in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team that thrives in a busy and energetic workplace.

Training to be Provided

Training will be at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer.  


Day release - you will undertake The Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard. 


You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths if needed. You will undertake both on and off the job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience.

Future Prospects

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate. Several opportunities for career progression on completion.

Vacancy Detail

General duties including (full training will be provided): 



  • Assist with stock audits and evaluations

  • Input and manage regulatory data submissions accurately

  • Professionally handle incoming telephone calls and provide helpful responses

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence via email and letter

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems with speed and attention to detail

  • Monitor and track internal projects, including workflow and testing results

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyse information using various databases

  • Organise meetings and prepare supporting documents such as agendas and minutes

  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the line manager

  • Take a proactive sales approach by contacting existing and potential customers

  • Follow up with suppliers regarding late deliveries and order issues

  • Input quotations and orders into the system efficiently

  • Perform POD (proof of delivery) searches, filing, and issue relevant certificates

You must be able to get to and from college and work.
