Working Week: You will be required to work 37 hours, Monday-Friday, including one day per week during term-time at university.
Brief Description
Gain hands-on experience across all divisions of GRB. You'll support email outreach, CV management, social media, job board uploads, events, and client marketing. Help shape youth marketing strategies, manage online engagement, and assist with innovative projects, travel logistics, and promotional campaigns.
Training to be Provided
You will study for a BA (Hons) Digital Marketing degree at the University of Chichester. This will require you to travel to Chichester for one day per week during term-time, which will be reimbursed by GRB.
The rest of the week, you will be based in our central Brighton office, where you will receive on-the-job training and mentoring.

After the apprenticeship, you may progress within our marketing team.
Vacancy Detail
- Supporting email outreach to new and existing users to collect job-seeking information
- Ensuring CVs are added and updated to candidate profiles
- Sending review requests and managing our online reputation
- Uploading jobs to university job boards and career services
- Assisting with creating and engaging with online content across our websites and social media platforms for all of our divisions
- Providing insight into youth marketing trends
- Assisting with innovative ideas and projects
- Travelling to fresher fairs and careers events, giving out freebies and signing up students (this includes frequent overnight stays during fair season)
- Helping organise travel and logistics for fair season, including train tickets, hotels, and expenses
- Supporting client marketing for major UK and global graduate recruiters
- Assisting our apprentice division with school outreach, email marketing, and online marketing materials
Other Information
The sucesfull applicant must be willing and able to travel across the UK using public transport to attend events, with frequent overnight stays during the autumn fair season. At first you will be accompanied but there will be solo travel afterwards. Full training and support will be given with this.
You must also live within commutable distance of Brighton and be able to travel to the University of Chichester one day per week.
