Brief Description

Join SEE Oldham as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. You will support learners with a range of social, emotional and educational needs, including 1-to-1 support once qualified.

Training to be Provided

Teaching Assistant Level 3:



  • Structured workplace learning and coaching

  • Development of strategies to support learners with additional needs

  • Safeguarding, behaviour management and professional practice development

Future Prospects

Upon successful completion, opportunities may include:



  • Teaching Assistant roles within SEE Oldham

  • Progression to Level 4 Higher Teaching Assistant or SEND specialist roles

  • Further professional development in education support
