Working Week: Shifts to be confirmed. Working on a rota, you will be working at least 2 days a week including one training day.
Brief Description
This is a Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship Programme. Upon completion, the apprentice will achieve a TQUK Level 2 Diploma For Hair Professionals (Hairdressing) qualification. If you are looking to work in the hairdressing industry and learn practical and theoretical skills, please apply.
Training to be Provided
- You will undertake training at least one day a week in your salon with a qualified hairdressing tutor and assessor
- You will be working towards completing a Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals - Hairdressing qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
Future Prospects
- There are many employment opportunities and career progression routes for a qualified hairdresser
- You may wish to continue working in your chosen salon, widening your experience
- You could use your qualification to open your own salon. You could even take this qualification abroad with you, working in a salon abroad or on cruise ships
- There are many options and career progression will be widely discussed with you during your apprenticeship
