Brief Description

We deliver both CPD and Ofqual regulated training within the aesthetics industry. As Business Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the business, including client communication, course bookings, and compliance processes. This is a great opportunity to gain real experience in a professional and growing industry.

Training to be Provided

The apprentice will complete a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship, combining workplace learning with structured off-the-job training.

Training will primarily take place within The Studio by MB, where the apprentice will gain hands-on experience in a real working environment. This will be supported by an external training provider, who will deliver the academic element of the apprenticeship.

Future Prospects

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Business Administrator role within the company. Longer term, this could develop into senior administrative, operations or management positions within a growing aesthetics training academy.

Vacancy Detail

On a day-to-day basis, the apprentice will support the smooth running of a busy aesthetics training academy delivering both CPD and Ofqual regulated courses.

Tasks will include:

  • Managing emails, enquiries and responding to client questions professionally

  • Supporting course bookings, enrolments and student onboarding

  • Maintaining accurate records for CPD and regulated course learners

  • Assisting with compliance administration, including documentation and file organisation

  • Updating systems, databases and internal trackers

  • Preparing course materials and supporting training days where required

  • Scheduling appointments, practical dates and managing calendars

  • Supporting social media posting and content organisation

  • Handling general admin duties to keep the business running efficiently

This is a hands-on role where the apprentice will be involved in real business operations, not just observation.

Other Information

This role is based within a clinical training environment. As the business moves towards CQC-regulated activities, a DBS check may be required.

You must be comfortable working in a professional, compliance-led setting where confidentiality and high standards are expected.
