Brief Description

The role includes providing tailored support to help pupils overcome barriers linked to sensory, behavioural, communication, medical or physical needs. The learner will also assist other staff under the direction of the class teacher or learning support officer.

  • Training: All training will be delivered online alongside full-time placement at school

  • Liaise with parents, carers, specialist teachers, and external professionals to support pupil development

  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and inclusion of pupils, providing personal and hygiene support where required
