Brief Description
Are you ready to take your first steps into a business administration career?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team to start with us as soon as possible.
Training to be Provided
- Monthly online workshops with an allocated tutor. All training will take place in work location
Future Prospects
- This will become a full time contract on a successful completion of the Apprenticeship
Vacancy Detail
- Organising and managing engineers’ diaries
- Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm engineer appointments
- Processing engineers’ report sheets accurately and efficiently
- Updating and maintaining the service call logging system
- Costing engineers’ call-outs and preparing information for invoicing
- Issuing quotations/costs for additional work and obtaining purchase orders from customers
