Brief Description

Are you ready to start your career in account management? We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented client services apprentice to join our team at Seed.

Training to be Provided

The Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship equips individuals with the skills and knowledge required to plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

The programme covers key areas such as digital marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, data analysis, and brand development.

Training is 1 day a week delivered by Creative Process Digital.

Future Prospects

On completion of the apprenticeship, the individual will progress into a full time position within Seed.

Vacancy Detail

As an apprentice in our client services team, you'll be the connection between our clients and the specialists delivering their campaigns. You'll build strong client relationships, coordinate activity across our teams, and develop a broad understanding of how digital marketing works in practice from SEO and paid media to social, design, and beyond.

This is a role for someone who's organised, curious, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities include:

Client services



  • Support the client services team in managing day-to-day client communication

  • Help prepare and deliver reports and presentations to a high standard

  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, taking clear notes and following up on actions

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, acting as a reliable and proactive point of contact

  • Support the onboarding of new clients, helping to coordinate information and set expectations


Project coordination



  • Track project progress using our project management tools and flag any blockers early

  • Help coordinate internal briefing and feedback processes between clients and delivery
    teams

  • Support the business development team where needed


General



  • Provide support across all agency services as needed

  • Support with general admin responsibilities
