Brief Description
Smiley Kidz are looking for a new Nursery Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship L2 or 3, dependent on prior experience/qualifications.

There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the daily care and supervision of children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging activities inline with EYFS.
- Observe, monitor and record children's development and progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and team members.
- Support children's learning through play and structured activities.
- Ensure the setting is clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
- Follow setting's safeguarding, health and safety and other policies and procedures.
- Assist with personal care routines such as feeding, nappy changes, toileting and hygiene.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support children's emotional well-being.
- Work as a part of a team while learning from experienced staff.
- Attend training and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship.
