Brief Description

Support the Low-Income Family Tracker programme by using data to identify residents missing financial support and helping them access it. Work with teams across the Council on impactful projects, gain broad public sector experience, and help improve outcomes for South Cambridgeshire communities through an apprenticeship opportunity.

Training to be Provided

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

  • Provide general administrative support for the LIFT Programme

  • Contact residents by telephone, email, and letter to encourage take up of support
    they have been identified as potentially eligible for

  • Provide support for in-person events taking place that provide information and welfare advice to residents

  • Support the Programme Lead to design targeted campaigns to support residents

  • Be an initial point of contact within the LIFT team, taking queries and questions from residents, and passing on queries to the appropriate officer
