Brief Description
Join our Building Services Team supporting the Project Manager and subcontractors. You’ll manage key admin tasks across large projects and reactive maintenance for commercial, industrial, health and education clients. The role builds strong communication skills and offers great experience, growth and development in a supportive company.
Training to be Provided
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. Training will be provided by Solihull College, and an assessor will be allocated to support you. Coaching in the workplace, on teams, as well as scheduled sessions at the Solihull campus and time spent training will be part of the agreed working hours. At the end of your training, you will complete a knowledge test, a portfolio with a professional discussion, and a project presentation. You may also study level 2 functional skills maths /English.
Future Prospects
Learners will have the opportunity to progress into a full-time, permanent role with the Wattrus Group and may be able to further their qualifications in Level 4 Project Management.
