Brief Description
Start your hospitality career at Bayside Cabin, a popular seafront café in Gosport with stunning views of the Isle of Wight.
As a Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience serving customers, preparing food and drinks, and delivering great service while studying towards a qualification.
Training to be Provided
- Complete the Level 2 Food and Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship Standard
- Attend Southampton College on a day-release basis
- Receive hands-on training at Bayside Cabin working alongside experienced staff
- Build a portfolio demonstrating your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Receive ongoing support from a Professional Trainer
- Complete an end-point assessment including observation, a business project and professional discussion
Future Prospects
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role within the team and opportunities to continue developing your skills and experience in the hospitality industry.
