Vacancy Detail
- Assisting with sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and databases
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Supporting the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and managing candidate communications
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Maintaining accurate records on the company database/CRM system
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
- Developing knowledge of the trades and construction industry
